Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order once placed can only be cancelled if the order is not shipped already. In such cases of cancellation before shipment, you can write to our customer support team on ssatvml@gmail.com or call us on +91 9344678179, and the order will be cancelled and the money refunded to you within 48 - 72 business hours after the cancellation request.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. Hence a refund or exchange will be considered only if requested within 30 days of ordering. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, the refund or exchange facility is not applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have been physically damaged or with pages missing. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please send your Order Invoice to ssatvml@gmail.com and a photograph of the damaged product. If necessary, we might request you to return the product to us.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you to notify a) the receipt of your returned item and b) the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In cases of approved refunds, if you haven’t received the refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ssatvml@gmail.com and send your damaged product to: Sri Sarada Ashramam, 58, VIP Garden, Manakkula Vinayakar Street, Opp. Sri Ramanashramam PO, Tiruvannamalai – 606 603, Tamil Nadu, India.

 

Shipping of Returned Products

To return your product, you should send it to: Sri Sarada Ashramam, 58, VIP Garden, Manakkula Vinayakar Street, Opp. Sri Ramanashramam PO, Tiruvannamalai – 606 603, Tamil Nadu, India.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.                

Depending on the shipping address you give, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
